Program-Based Qualification Method:

You can qualify for Pennsylvania Lifeline if you or another person in your household is enrolled in any one of these qualifying public assistance programs:

• Medicaid
• Supplemental Security Income (SSI)
• Veteran's Pension
• Federal Public Housing Assistance (FPHA)
• Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP)
• Tribal Programs

Additional Pennsylvania-Specific Programs:

• Universal Telephone Assistance Program (helps Verizon PA Lifeline customers pay bills, avoid shutoffs and restore service)
• Lifeline 100 (available to Verizon PA and Verizon North customers at or below 100% of the federal poverty guidelines or who receive SSI benefits)
